We were referred to Texas RoofCrafters by a friend, who was not wrong, when they said it would be the best experience. Called mid day on a Friday, raining and roof vent pipe was leaking. Jimmy showed up that afternoon and assessed the whole roof and all vent pipes. Made temporary repairs to stop the leaking, the next day Jimmy and his crew were onsite making permanent repairs and worked until dark to get completed since we had morning rain storms coming. Went way out of his way to ease our minds and solve the issues quickly at a more than fair price. We could have had a really bad situation and Jimmy’s promptness keep any further damage from happening. I was impressed with the honesty and hands on approach and detailed explanations of options. I have given cards to many neighbors because it’s hard to find honest folks who will give you honest and best options for repairs. Jimmy is the only call we will ever make for roofing needs after this experience.

I can’t express enough how impressed I am with Jim and his crew. He shoots you straight and is up front about all costs as well as goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care to include anything else that may be wrong. He identified even a loose connection for a water heater vent and fixed it with no issues. I would highly recommend him and his team as they are efficient and does a great job for clean up as well.

Texas Roofcrafters came out and gave me a free inspection when I had a couple worrisome spots on my roof. They were very responsive and quickly came over with very friendly service and found some troublesome places that needed repair before the next rain. Jimmy didn’t hesitate and scheduled the repair right away with the exact same matching shingles that I had on my roof. The repair took place and was thoroughly and carefully completed. They showed me before and after pictures since I wasn’t getting up on my roof making me feel at ease that the repair was completed fully and that I indeed had a problem to begin with. Thank you Jimmy! You and your team are amazing!

Jimmy at Texas RoofCrafters is one of the most honest and reputable contractors in the industry. My father wanted to add forced ventilation to his attic to help with excessive heat. Jimmy came out, looked at his roof, and instead of selling a product, evaluated the roof and found that the ventilation was incorrect by the builder, which didn't allow for adequate airflow. It speaks volumes that he was honest and recommended the builder fix the roof instead of doing what many would do and making a sale.If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and reputable contractor for roofing needs, choose Jimmy at Texas RoofCrafters.

Texas RoofCrafters are the best in the business! After discovering I lost some shingles in a wind storm, I met with the owner, Jimmy Ballinger, who (unlike most roofers) was honest about the likelihood of the insurance company paying a roof claim. Jimmy met the adjustor, and in the end, a new roof wasn't needed. Jimmy personally participated and supervised the required fixes to include decking repair, pipe jack replacements and hip shingle replacements. Upon completion, Jimmy provided a professional report to include pictures of all repairs. Stay away from these "fly-by-night" roofing companies and go with Texas RoofCrafters...an honest reputable company that will get the job done right, and in a timely and professional manner.

Jimmy from Texas Roofcrafters was highly recommended to me for an issue I was having in my house. The attic was extremely hot this summer (even for Texas). I initially wanted to see if his company could install a powered roof vent to help with the heat build up. He conducted an inspection and found problems with the roof installation, the most serious of which was that there were slant back roof louvers mixed with a short ridge vent. He mentioned that the roof vents were not installed per roofing standards and that the problem with this installation method was that it disrupts the required airflow for proper attic ventilation. The slant back roof louvers were removed and the ridge vent was lengthened and I am confident that this will help keep my attic cooler next summer! If you need an honest assessment of your roof, or a second opinion, Jimmy from Texas Roofcrafters is the one you should go with.

I found Jimmy through our neighbor network facebook page,.He responded as soon as I notified him concerning several spots on the roof. Jimmy arrived within a day, explained the possible solutions after an inspection and written report. The next day he arrived and found the source of the issues and completed the repair. I found Jimmy to be open, honest and dependable. I highly recommend Jimmy, he is very easy to work with. I will certainly call Texas Roofcrafters if I have future roof issues.

Jimmy came recommended from a friend, and he was the right choice. He worked with our insurance after a HAIL claim. He worked everything out for us and made the process very easy. He kept us informed during the long process. He did what he said he was going to do every time. His crew crew was sharp and install was clean and finished in a day. We can't recommended Jimmy with Texas RoofCrafters enough. If you need a roof, don't hesitate to call him.

We worked with Jimmy at Texas Roofcrafters and could not be more pleased with our experience. He helped us file an insurance claim for hail damage after looking at our roof and finding multiple spots of noticeable damage. He walked with us through the entire process including when the adjuster came out for inspection all the way till the end. He was always available to answer any questions. Once it came time to actually pick out and install our new roof Jimmy again helped us and came out to our house and made sure it went quickly and smoothly. The actual job took less than 2 days and the workers were professional and did a great job!! Our new roof looks fantastic!If you are looking for a new roof (insurance claim or out of pocket) go with Jimmy at Texas Roofcrafters! I highly recommend them. We had other roofers look at our roof and help with other jobs and they missed things and did terrible workmanship. Texas Roofcrafters provided pictures (even got beautiful aerial shots with our new roof afterwards) and updates every step of the project. I will not use anyone but Texas Roofcrafters in the future!

Jimmy and his team did an outstanding job! They handled every aspect of the roof replacement, exterior soffit replacement, and interior and exterior painting. I recommend them to anyone wanting someone reliable, fast, and a great price!

Jimmy and David repaired the roof of my bungalow after showing me the damage using images from a drone. I knew there was damage, but hadn't procrastinated about going through the labour-intensive process of getting quotes. Jimmy was extremely professional and explained the problem, proposed a solution with affordable pricing, and he and David completed the work in a timely manner. I requested before and after photos and was chuffed with the outcome. The area was left clean and the workers did not disrupt the entire neighbourhood. They also cleaned my gutters and covered the screws/bolts (whatever they are called). I can't recommend this company more highly.

We hired Texas Roof Crafters to replace our roof, paint the exterior of our house and install new gutters. The owner, Jim Ballinger, was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed on the process. His entire crew was so professional. They would arrive early, ready to work, and they didn't stop until the job was done right. What I truly appreciated was all the attention to detail, from moving my potted plants out of the way while painting to cleaning up the yard of all loose nails after the roof install. I love the new colors of the house and Jim was able to match the gutter colors perfectly. I highly recommend Texas RoofCrafters if you are looking for an honest and reliable company that will make your vision into a reality.
